Your card allows you to access the fYtness of the UCG – Av. de Sainte-Clotilde 9 – and use its facilities. During your visit to the fYtness, please remember to observe these internal rules, so as to make your workout and that of the others workout– a moment of pleasure and relaxation.

In the FYtness

Your member’s card should be left in the appropriate place, at each visit.
Only sports shoes reserved for the exclusive use of fYtness are allowed in the fYtness room.
Walk-in in barefoot or in socks is totally forbidden in the fYtness.
Decent sportswear is required.
You must use a towel for the bodybuilding’s facilities.
Please clean each machine after use
Eating is forbidden.

In the locker room and shower room

Wearing sandals is recommended
A locker is available for use during your workout. You must empty it when you leave.

Behaviour

The facilities must be treated with care.
Any act of destruction or vandalism will result in an immediate exclusion without compensation. However, you will have to pay for any damage you have caused.
Politeness, courtesy and respect for the others are the basis for a lasting collaboration.
Any disrespect towards any users or the staff of the UCG, will result in an immediate exclusion.

For your comfort and safety, FYtness is under video surveillance.

Repeated infringement of these rules will result in termination of the contract and exclusion from the fYtness, without any compensation or refund of the amount of the subscription.

1. FYtness is part of the Unions Chrétiennes de Genève (UCG) business line.
2. FYtness is only accessible to those who have a subscription, i.e. the members of the UCG and the residents of the Foyer Georges Williams. The users of the FYtness are members of UCG and the membership fees is included in the subscription.
3. The FYtness card is exclusive and not transferable. At each visit, the card must be left in at the appropriate place.
4. The FYtness card allows owners to use the facilities during the opening hours.
5. The non-use of the facilities does not under any circumstances allow you, to claim for any refunds or reductions. However, a period of non-attendance which is justified by a certificate (medical case, military service, or professional reasons) will be recovered. The duration of the absence in these cases mentioned above, will be added to the duration of the subscription
6. FYtness reserves the right to close when necessary (e.g. repairs, maintenance, cleaning etc.)
7. The UGC and their staff are not responsible for any damage suffered by the card holder as a result of accidents, injuries or illnesses, which occurred during inappropriate use of facilities.
8. The UCG are not responsible for any loss or theft of personal items in the fYtness.
9. The rights resulting from this contract are not transmissible.
10. The admission fee for the duration of the subscription selected is set in the contract. This amount is payable in cash upon signature of the contract
11. On the expiry date, the deposit is refunded in return for the magnetic badge. If the badge is not returned within 6 months after the expiry date, the deposit is retained by to the UCG.
12. The card holder takes cognizance of the internal regulations of the fYtness and undertakes comply with them. Anyone who does not respect the regulations is liable to exclusion, without any compensation. The balance of the subscription is retained by the UCG.
13. This contract is effective and binding upon signature.
